Mojacarmar has been established in Mojacar since 2011, although we have been selling properties in this stunning area of Spain since 2003. Planning laws are very strict, allowing only two storey construction. No high rises here !

On top of this, we also deal with all of the local Spanish agents. None of these agents advertise on UK property portals, thus giving our clients an untapped source of properties.
